Tift sings along with Tim Easton on his album Ammunition, released today (May 16). She signs harmony on "Next To You," which is described on the one of the album-related web sites as "the centerpiece" ... "the enthralling love song." Don't know if she's on any other songs, but she sure blends nicely on the on-line version of "Next to You." There's a little picture show on the web page that goes along with the song; too bad no pix of Tift in the loop.

I see Tim in playing at the "Blue Ribbon Bluegrass and BBQ Festival" in Carrboro on June 25, and Tift's got a little hole in her summer schedule that weekend. Hmmmm. Maybe "Next to You" will be a Big Hit and Tift'll show up in Carrboro.
