At the risk of sounding like a stupid Brit, can I just say, woah! check out this super-cool set of pics from Tift's show at the Parish in Austin, TX on Monday night.  Looks like an all-action, hot-rocking kind of show captured by these shots...

Heads-down-no-nonsense-mindless-boogie!

Something 'bout you baby I like

The guy who took them is Texan Ron 'Kingsnake' Baker, and I've been a fan of his concert pics for a few years now.  It really is worth taking the time to check out all his photos on Flickr and his own personal website - loads of very cool stuff on there (Phillip note... his parents live in NC and own a boat )  He also got some great shots of Amy Cook, Tift's friend, who played support Monday night.

Ron was kind enough to let us add the pictures to the website. Those are really some great shots. Also, Charisse Kelly sent in a couple pics from backstage at The Parish, where you can see Tift working on the set list and Zeke warming up.

Very cool.

I went to the Parish show in Austin and it was awesome. I also took a bunch of photos which I thought were okay until I saw Ron Baker's Photos. WOW, Ron you're photography skills leave me speechless !!! Your photos are incredible and obviate the need for me to submit mine out of fear of being completely embarrassed.

How did you do it ? What kind of camera were you using ? Are you a professional photographer ? Thanks again for sharing the great pics with us. I trust you enjoyed the show as much as I did !!!
