Beforehand I worried a bit how it would turn out without the band: Tiff's solo-gig last night (Mai 23) in Paradiso, Amsterdam. I should have known better, specially after the earlier reports from England. What a voice, what a performance and, what a charming (to say the least) personality!
The setlist: all from 'Another Country" in the same order with the odd 'Good Hearted Man' in between and in the encore (pardon my French) amongst others 'Virginia' (at my request) and 'Stray Paper'. At the end she promised us to get back real soon and we're sure looking forward to that moment. Maybe by that time she's got used to her brandnew engagement-ring which she twisted round and round and last night.
