I received an email from etown regarding future shows. Tift will be appearing on 26 July, but the email doesn't indicate when the show will be aired. Tickets for the show can be obtained from: http://www.etown.org/attend.tickets.php The broadcast schedule for etown can be found at: http://www.etown.org/listen.schedule.php Regards Tim

If you subscribe to the free ETown podcast from iTunes, you can now download the program with Tift and the Punch Brothers. It's a nice performance, though a few well-placed expletives should be aimed at the person who decided to fade the show out during Tift's verse in "It Takes A Lot to Laugh, It Takes a Train to Cry."

This eTown performance is back. Helen Forster blogs the following about the program: Lively, lovely Tift Merritt is with us as well, with her friend, Jay Brown (Jay is really talented himself – here he serves as Tift’s bassist and harmony vocalist; Nick and I and the eTones support Tift musically as well this show). The two frequently collaborate, and they sound great together.
