I'm finally following up on your earlier request for Tift and co. regarding yoga and eats in Vancouver. As I mentioned earlier, Vancouver is a great place for both of these.
Here are some links for yoga that are nearby( I don't know the difference with yogas so I'm sure scanning these will find a suitable place);

those studios are all in walking distance to where Tift is playing.
Also downtown is the Roundhouse Community Centre where they have Yoga and workout and a gym, cool place. Some friends of mine and I used to play volleyball there and it is in a great setting.

There are alot of great places to eat close by as well. Yaletown which is a couple/few blocks away has a bunch of good places. There is a Market called Urban Fare;

there one can pick up groceries or a deli. If you like Greek Stephos is Fantastic. It is on Davie street about 3-4 blocks away from the Plaza Club. It is always busy so what could be nice is to order take out and then go down to the water and eat.
1124 Davie St. phone 604-683 -2555.
There is this absolutely great oriental fusion place downtown, Azia- the food is great, service is great and the vibe as well

Also in the same vein, The Red Door is great too. It is a little farther away. It is not downtown but is a 1/2-3/4 hour walk south over the Granville St. bridge at 14th(14 blocks after the bridge). The buses are good here and it would take about 10 minutes to get there by bus.

Shabusen is a cool place, a Japanese/Asian place where you grill some of your own food and others are brought to your table. Pick the downtown place. A nice walk from the Plaza.
Yaletown is a great area to walk around and easy to find good eats there as well.
There are also great sushi places, cheap to not so cheap. A great one on Robson St. upstairs just West of Burrard st. It has boats where you take the sushi off when they pass by.
And if Tift likes chocolate there is Rocky Mountain Chocolate on Robson also west of Burrard.
I do some photography and have a friend who is a professional photog. He has offered to shoot some in exchange for a pass in. He does nice work. I have been known to take some good stuff and of course the band is welcome to anything they like. Hopefully they will be as nice as some of Tift's.
I hope this is helpful and if I can give any more help, please let me know.
