I put up all the posters that came in my kit, plus a few that were left over fgrom the album release. I put all all the postcards with stikers, plus a few I hand wrote.
Zeke sent me a friend request on Facebook. I didn't know who it was at first. The clouds did not open. We've corresponded a little that way. If I don't have to work that day I can go bother them at the sound check. Otherwise I'll just habve to go to the concert. I'll have to go to my car and come back to get the Makers Mark sand hope that something urgent doesn't send Tift away.
The Fish Market is probably the best bet for a restaraunt. It is fresh, and healthy as far as seafoos goes. Other suggestions I have gotten are the Pita Stop, a Mediterainian restaraunt, but it is not close to WorkPlay. Also, Niki's West, a cafeteria that is even more distant. There is Surin, in Five Points. Near to WorkPlay is a gormet Mexican place called Sol y Luna.
I have never heard a Tift song on a Birmingham Radio Station, so I don;t know if anyone would be interested in interviewing her. There is WZZK a mainstream country station, probably not a good fit. There is WMJJ an adult contemparary station. There is WBHM a public radio station. WNCB plays new country, which perhaps is more inline with Tift. And "The Bull" WDXB better country might be inclined toward her music.
