Just found this on billboard.com, a show listed in Nashville at 3rd and Lindsley where she played the first time I saw her live.  Maybe PJDAustin knew about this already, he was asking about the venue in another thread.

Looks like US summer tour dates are being arranged!  Please come back to Arizona!

Good find, Shug. I am trying to add these dates to the Calendar as people find them. Hopefully I'll have some time tonight to get another week of the Europe dates on the Calendar.

We were just guessing.   Y'all would know way more than we would.  If anyone knows which East Coast summer venues might be smaller crowds and good acoustics, please let us know. Thanks in advance.

Pollstar has added Isle of Palms, SC on 8-22-08. Phillip, have you sailed to this place? Is it vacation worthy?

I just noted the below dates from the tiftmerritt.com site; I may go to the nyc venue, after all, it's Tift's home town :}
(PS - the World Cafe live is a nice venue, despite Tift's past unfortunate treatment there.. the Tift show there was the best I have ever seen her)

Isle of Palms: beachfront Charleston. I would certainly say vacation-worthy. That's two days before my show here so I won't get to go; be busy with the checklist.
